Salerno Winery, a family-owned boutique located in Ramona Valley, is adding classical music to enhance its cultural dining experience. They have announced their fall opera schedule featuring classical songs performed by two of opera’s most notable singers.

Every Saturday and Sunday from 2-5 p.m., Salvador Padilla and Jorge D’Soria will perform popular classical pieces from Beethoven, Mozart, Luccini, Verdi, and more. Padilla is a distinguished baritone who has sung with the Western Opera Theater, the San Francisco Opera’s Merola Program, and across various cities around the world from Buenos Aires to Tokyo. He is a two-time first-place winner of the San Diego District Metropolitan auditions. Currently, he is performing a repertoire of romantic siren songs in French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish at The Convivio Society alongside renowned jazz singer Sacha Boutros.
